If you are aligned with our mission to decrease the time patients suffer from pelvic pain symptoms and value empathy, patient-centered innovation, and holistic care, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><strong>How You'll Contribute</strong></p><ul><li><p>Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow throughout the day</p></li><li><p>Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatments</p></li><li><p>Record vitals, update medical histories, and accurately document in the EMR</p></li><li><p>Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care</p></li><li><p>Collect payments at time of service and deliver financial packets as instructed by Treatment Plan Coordinators or the financial team</p></li><li><p>Verify insurance eligibility and ensure all paperwork is properly completed</p></li><li><p>Maintain clinical and front office supplies; ensure all rooms are clean and well-stocked</p></li><li><p>Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all internal protocols</p></li><li><p>Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion</p></li><li><p>Support internal coordination between clinical and administrative teams</p></li><li><p>Participate in team trainings and ongoing process improvement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned by the department lead/manager</p></li></ul><p></p>
